By renting a vehicle from Life$tyleRentalCars, you agree to the following:

• Renters must possess a valid driver’s license and meet all rental eligibility requirements.
• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• The renter is responsible for any traffic tickets, tolls, parking violations, or damages incurred during the rental period.
• Smoking and unauthorized drivers are prohibited unless specifically permitted in the rental agreement.
• Vehicles must be returned in substantially the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear.
• Life$tyleRentalCars reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate rentals that violate company policies or applicable laws.
